GENERAL CONTEST RULES
The following are basic contest rules applying to any and all contests aired on WNUY FM. Each contest may have its own special qualifications and eligibility rules, in which case a separate list of rules will be available for public inspection.
All WNUY FM contests are open to all listeners, unless a specific age is required and specified by advertising, agency, or by WNUY FM.
All prizes, unless otherwise specified by WNUY FM must be picked up within thirty (30) days from the date won, between regular business hours. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with the exception of holidays. Holidays are included in the 30 day pick-up period. WNUY FM will not notify winners of time remaining on prizes to be picked up. It is the winner’s responsibility to claim their prize within the time frame.
