GENERAL CONTEST RULES
Payment of all federal, state, and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to sign an IRS form 1099 or equivalent when they accumulate $600.00 or more in the total value of their prizes throughout the calendar year.
By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to aforementioned contest
The winner must provide the WNUY FM air talent with all information including name, address, phone number, and age at the time they have won a prize. This information must be correct. Any falsified information will forfeit the winner from receiving the prize they won.
