GENERAL CONTEST RULES

Employees of WNUY FM, Independence Media Group and their relatives, their advertising agencies or representatives, vendors, attorneys, contractors, assignees and employees of other radio stations and participating sponsors, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter or participate in any and all WNUY FM contests.

Prizes may not be mailed to our listeners.  All prizes must be claimed in person and signed for by the winner.  Winners must present a photo I.D. and proof of Social Security number upon release of a WNUY FM prize.  Winner will be required to sign a “Release of Prize” form and a 1099 form upon release of prize.  Listeners under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian pick up their prize and the parent or legal guardian must have a photo I.D. and proof of Social Security number.

WNUY FM their agencies, sponsors, employees, and representatives absolve themselves and shall be held harmless from any action or liability arising from any WNUY FM contest or the prize awarded in the contest.

All contestant entries become the property of WNUY FM.  WNUY FM may retain any or all contest materials for any reason that the station’s management deems crucial to the completion of the contest, or for reasons relating to publicity and/or advertising.
